The War Feed: Digital War in Plain Sight

Today’s Russian war against Ukraine is unique in its unfolding through a prism of personalized realities, made and remade for individuals, what we call the “war feed.” This new disruptor fought plain sight, revolutionizing both media, frenzy participation immediate yet continuous, global, digital feeds. The feed renders up close personal. Never have so many images videos human suffering death been quickly available, streaming from battlefield. A multitude posting, liking, sharing, applauding each individual image or short form video, are all participants fractalized psychological war.
